Once requested, we will call to verify your start/end date, approve/block out your week, assign your suite, and collect/confirm payment. Need more time? Just give us a call - we are here to help you stay booked and busy! Step into the Pink Luxe spotlight… and own the week. Our Weekly Pop-Up Experience is designed for beauty pros who are ready to work, serve clients, and grow their business in a luxe environment—without the commitment of a full-time suite. For just $175 per week, enjoy access to a professional beauty space from Saturday to the following Friday, giving you the flexibility to book clients on your own schedule and maximize your income. This is more than just a space—it’s a shared luxe experience. Beauty pros are expected to maintain a clean, respectful, and elevated environment throughout the week, including properly resetting the space after use. Beauty pros must bring their own supplies, tools, and any specialty equipment (including travel beds for massages, esthie, or lash beds) needed for their services, allowing you the freedom to operate your business your way. There is one Stylist Chair or an Esthetician Bed availble in this room* Please see the pictures attached to this booking. Cancellation Policy
Pink Luxe Booking Policy ✨ By booking a Pink Luxe Daily Pop-Up or Weekly Suite Rental, you agree to the following terms: 1. Access & Clean-Up Your booking provides access to the space during your reserved booking period. Daily bookings are valid only for the reserved date and hours. Weekly bookings run from Saturday through Friday. Beauty pros are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized environment throughout their booking and completing a full clean-up before their booking period ends, returning the space to its original condition. 2. Shared Luxe Environment Pink Luxe is a professional, shared luxury environment. All beauty pros must maintain a clean, respectful, and elevated atmosphere at all times. 3. Damages & Liability You are fully responsible for any damages caused during your booking. Any broken, stained, or damaged furniture or equipment will be reviewed and may result in additional charges. 4. Conduct & Environment Standards To protect the Pink Luxe experience, the following are strictly prohibited: • Smoking of any kind • Marijuana use or odor • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior • Loud music, inappropriate language, or content 5. Professional Responsibility All services are performed independently. Pink Luxe Beauty Suites is not liable for services provided, client interactions, personal belongings, or business operations. 6. Agreement to Pink Luxe Standards By booking, you agree to abide by all Pink Luxe policies and standards and operate in a professional and respectful manner. 7. Supplies & Equipment Beauty pros must provide all personal supplies, tools, and specialty equipment required for their services unless otherwise stated or provided by Pink Luxe. 8. No Subleasing or Sharing Bookings are non-transferable. Subleasing, renting, or allowing another individual to use your reserved space is strictly prohibited without prior approval from Pink Luxe. 9. Payments & Booking Policy All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-shows, cancellations, or early departures will result in forfeiture of payment. 10. Time Compliance Access is limited to your reserved booking period only. Weekly bookings expire on Friday at the designated closing time unless otherwise approved by Pink Luxe. Late departures may result in additional fees. 11. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the schedule ✨ We keep it clean. We keep it exclusive. We keep it Luxe.
